Isle of Man Special Olympics - Keep Fit

Special Olympics Keep Fit sessions occur every Monday evening.

The sessions are usually focused on warming up and stretching exercises, group physical exercises, activity games, and often conclude with group games such as rounders, floor-ball, hand-ball etc. 

The sessions are at Centre 21year round (barring holidays) and facilitated by ​Andy Hodkin (Keep Fit Coach) and Claire Bader (Coach) along with Athlete coaches Duncan Watterson and Lawrence Dyer.  Athletes must be 14+ These sessions are not sport specific so are for everybody and anybody interested in maintaining or improving their health, fitness and wellbeing. 

The focus is on having fun, being active, being with and making new friends and learning/developing skills and fitness.
