Isle of Man Special Olympics - Cycling

Special Olympics Indoor Cycling Spinning sessions occur every Monday evening at 6 pm to 7pm and on Saturdays 10.15 am to 11.30 am most of the year round. (Barring holidays) .

The sessions are held at Centre 21.

The sessions are focused on the safety and wellbeing of the athletes to ensure that each athlete is able to do the best they can, in a friendly and welcoming environment. Sessions are fun and are tailored to meet the needs and ability of each athlete.   The sessions are facilitated by Adrian Mooney (Coach) and Tina Kelly (Assistant Coach). Athletes must be 16+.

Spin Cycling sessions are for any Special Olympics Athlete interested in maintaining or improving their health, fitness and wellbeing. The focus is on having fun, being active, being with and making new friends.

The cost is £1 per session.

Athletes who attend these sessions also gain the confidence to attend the Cycle 4 Life outdoor Cycling Sessions at the NSC offered by Manx Sport and Recreation from April through to October (weather permitting - https://msr.gov.im/timetables/).
